When you book a call or subscribe, we collect your name, work email, company website and the details you choose to share about your business. We also use privacy‑friendly analytics to understand how the site is used.
2. How we use it
Only to prepare for your call, deliver the work you hire us for and send the newsletter you signed up to. We never sell or rent your information, and account data is shared only with the tools needed to run your campaigns.
3. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Every email has a one‑click unsubscribe link. Write to hello@upside.studio and we'll reply within two working days.
4. Terms of service
Engagements run month‑to‑month with a 30‑day notice period. Ad spend is paid directly by you to each platform. Results shown on this site are real but past performance does not guarantee future results.

We use essential cookies to make the site work and anonymous analytics to improve it. No advertising cookies are set unless you accept them.
